"My daughter was in a car accident. She called Anthony Christian's office and they told her to call the Claims Dept. The Claims Dept. kept her on hold for several minutes and then hung up. Meanwhile, my daughter is stranded on the shoulder of I-65 during rush hour, scared. She called me and we used the app to request roadside assistance and had the car towed. The next day I went to Anthony Christian's office and asked for information about our options. The woman at the desk would only refer me to the 800 number for the Claims Dept--which was wrong because the other driver was at fault. She couldn't answer any of my questions. Not helpful at all. We're changing agents."

"I had a bundle package. Car, house, and life insurance. I never caused a wreck but was hit twice. Once involved in a 9 car pile up in Birmingham, Al. The one who caused it all left the scene then inwas side swiped and pushed into a set of pine trees. They dropped me without a conversation in which I requested because neither accident was MY FAULT. Then the jacked my home owners insurance up by $1,000! That just isnt how you treat people! I hope everyone knows how horrible I was treated."
